California Elite Soccer Club held
it first ever pot luck on 4-21-06. The evening was
filled with great presentations from local sponsors Shin
Nong Acunpuncture and Vargo Physical Therapy. Not
only were the presentations informative with
preventative injury methods, the Sponsors explained how
they will be performing many pre-screening opportunities
at no cost and working with California Elite Soccer
Players to help keep them on the field of play. Other
Sponsors such as Five Star Soccer Store, Mythos, Rubios,
Me and Eds Pizza, The Fudge Shoppee and others played a
great role in such a terrific evening.
The evening culminated with
dinner, lots of laughs and family's and friends taking
advantage of a great opportunity to communicate with one
another.

joined one of the Antelope Valley's biggest attractions
on 4-23-06, The Poppy Festival. What a great time.
We had a booth with 610am sports talk radio directly on
the side of the Clear Channel Radio Stage.
Players, as-well-as parents and coaches, were able to
relax together and enjoy a fantastic day of
entertainment while taking advantage of the numerous
great things the Poppy Festival provides. Thank
