California Elite Soccer Clubs' coaches and staff are committed to our visions and goals. United, all coaches provide an extensive soccer background which presents invaluable lessons and experience for the betterment of the club, teams and players.  In addition, all coaches have obtained the necessary national coaching licenses along with risk management clearance, in compliance with CSL guidelines.

 

Coach Louie Bustamante has proven successful at various levels of the game. Coaching at the BU19 level three years and the BU15 level for one year, Coach Bustamante looks forward to the BU16 team development and progress. His  strong understanding of proper player development and the club vision combined with his experience is a tremendous asset to CESC.
